Skyworth and SERAPHIC HbbTV Partnership
Skyworth Digital recently announced mass production of HbbTV STBs, enabled by SERAPHIC’s browser solution in Croatia.
HbbTV has continued its expansion in 32 countries including Croatia, Italy, Germany and many more. In addition, various operators in France, Finland and Croatia have launched HbbTV Apps to offer advanced viewing experience for their subscribers.
The existing partnership teamed with SERAPHIC’s expertise in delivering operator products and services, means Skyworth Digital has deployed SERAPHIC’s ready-to-go HbbTV browser solution to power STBs. By purchasing the STB, the end user will be able to enjoy a wide range of choices of TV programs, news, videos and HbbTV games.
Globalisation of Skyworth
In Q3 of 2017, Skyworth Digital, the advanced smart home solution provider, saw quarterly revenue growth of 39.68% in the STB market, compared with the same quarter in 2016.
Following an aggressive strategy of “Globalization,” Skyworth Digital achieves robust expansion in STB market, which contributes to a solid foundation for its worldwide success across the industry.
