		MHEG5Stream *	stream
	)

Decodes Video class. Refer to MHEG5 Specification (ISO/IEC 13522-2:1996), Appendix A, section [A.32] for details of ASN.1 representation.

Parameters

listPtr	pointer to current fpa1_syntaxList item
video	Pointer to Video class being decoded.

Returns: asnErr
