  * mantis-1008 - For CIMAX, add parameter to STB_CINegotiate() that has the decoded IREQ enable value
  * mantis-1012 - When not building for TEE, sensitive information is left in buffers and not cleared after use
  * mantis-1013 - "make clean" throws up error messages, and sometimes does not clean build folder
  * mantis-1014 - If CICAM is reset during CAM upgrade, the host DVB is not informed of the failure
  * mantis-1015 - Add functionality for a pair of API functions that allow CI+ Trusted Application to be released and restored
