Features
- Add support for File System Acceleration according to HbbTV variant.
- Add support for reporting AIT section data to external client.
Bug Fixes
- Not all cached data is cleared when service is removed or PMT signalling removes the carousel.
- DSM-CC handling of SI tables does not handle tables with multiple sections.
- Debug at level 3 and 4 do not compile.
