release_strategy
DTVKit is available on a number of silicon platforms and the behaviour of a DTVKit component will vary from platform to platform.
For each release of a component we make we will make a Candidate Release available two weeks before the target release date. This will allow time for our silicon partners to test the release on their platforms and report any issues in advance of the final release. A candidate release will be marked with the prefix 'CR' for example 'DVBCore CR 1.0.3'
