MHEG5Ingredient* asn1_createCursorShape ( fpa1_syntaxList * listPtr )

Decodes CursorShape class. Refer to MHEG5 Specification (ISO/IEC 13522-2:1996), Appendix A, section [A.13] for details of ASN.1 representation. CursorShape not part of UK1 profile.
