		MHEG5Bool *	decodedBool
	)

decodes Boolean type MHEG5TRUE and MHEG5FALSE macros are used for consistency. will default to MHEG5TRUE if it fails... is this safe???

Parameters

listPtr	pointer to current fpa1_syntaxList item
decodedBool	Pointer to boolean type being decoded.
