asnErr asn1_decodeApplication	(	fpa1_syntaxList *	listPtr,
		MHEG5Application *	application
	)

decodes Application class. Refer to MHEG5 Specification (ISO/IEC 13522-2:1996), Appendix A, section [A.3]for details of ASN.1 representation.

Decodes Group class. Refer to MHEG5 Specification (ISO/IEC 13522-2:1996), Appendix A, section [A.2]for details of ASN.1 representation.

Parameters

listPtr	pointer to current fpa1_syntaxList item
application	Pointer to application class being decoded.

Returns: asnErr
