Fixed:
- mantis-936 - Use same USE_UNWANTED_PARAM as in App repository
- mantis-937 - Static source code analysis bugfixes: Remove assignments/variables that are never used
- mantis-938 - Bugfix: avoid crash when pmt_info is NULL
- mantis-952 - Add support for HEVC video streams
- mantis-953 - Fix #include using <> instead of “”
- mantis-967 - The CICAM_ID is not internally updated on full authentications. STB_CIGetCicamId() returns invalid data.
- mantis-966 - STB_CINotifyModuleRemove() is not called when the CI+ card is removed
