Amazon Prime Video is Now Available on BT TV.
Amazon Prime video is now available on BT TV set top boxes making it the first major UK TV provider to offer this. Prime members can now have full access to the Prime Video App on BT TV set top boxes, allowing them to watch thousands of TV episodes and movies, including award-winning Prime Originals series like The Grand Tour, The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel, and Prime’s upcoming live & exclusive coverage of The US Open Tennis Championships.
The move sees BT TV provide football fans with a one-stop-shop to access all the 2019/20 Premier League action via BT Sport, Sky Sports and Amazon Prime Video.
BT is First Major UK TV Provider to Integrate Amazon Prime Video on Set Top Boxes
BT has become the first major UK pay-TV provider to have a set top box which has access to Amazon Prime Video – this results in customers having thousands of TV series and films at one push of a button. This step is part of BT’s goal to offer BT TV customers with unrivalled choice through partnerships with the world’s best content providers. The move also means BT TV customers will be able to access every Premier League match from the 2019/20 season, with customers able to sign-up for Amazon Prime as well as BT Sport and Sky Sports through their set top box.
