DTVKIT retains information while our business relationship is active. After this the information deleted from all systems, to the extent that we are allowed to by the law.
It is the clients responsibility to inform DTVKIT of any change of contact details. Failure to do so may result in a client not being able to fully exercise their rights. DTVKIT will not be held liable for any loss of rights due to failure of a DTVKIT to keep their details up to date.
